Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the BidMyRoom website and services (the "Platform") operated by BidMyRoom, LLC ("we," "our," "us").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including both Organizers and Hotels.

2. The Role of BidMyRoom

BidMyRoom provides a neutral online venue. Our Platform functions as a marketplace that connects Organizers seeking accommodations with Hotels willing to submit bids.

You acknowledge that BidMyRoom is not a party to any agreement entered into between Organizers and Hotels. Any final contract or booking is strictly between those parties. BidMyRoom is not a broker, travel agent, or insurer and is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any user on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, users may be required to create an account. If a guest user submits a booking request, an account may be automatically generated and login credentials sent to their email.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Circumvent the Platform by taking transactions off-platform
• Spam, abuse, or otherwise misuse any part of the Platform

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform are the exclusive property of BidMyRoom, LLC or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidMyRoom, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any agreements made between users. Our total liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BidMyRoom, LLC, its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

These General Terms & Conditions for Booking (the “General Terms & Conditions”), along with the information set out in your booking confirmation email (the “Booking Confirmation”) set out the terms on which the company agrees to make available the Services to you through the Website.
